- Civil Remedies for Unauthorized Disclosure of Intimate Images Act- The Commission authorized Commissioner Marty Carr to find an author for this act. Moved and Seconded. The vote was unanimous with Commissioner Senator Thomas Umberg abstaining.

- Health Care Decisions Act – Commissioner Elihu Harris to work with Lindsay Beaver of the Uniform Law Commission to investigate and compare with California Law. Moved and Seconded. The vote was unanimous with Commissioner Senator Thomas Umberg abstaining.

- Power of Attorney Act – Commissioner Diane Boyer-Vine to work with the Uniform Law Commission staff to investigate and compare with existing California law. Commissioner Diane Boyer-Vine to be the liaison with the ULC staff. Moved and Seconded. The vote was unanimous with Commissioner Senator Thomas Umberg abstaining.

The Commission does not authorize to seek an author for next year. The Commission will continue to review this Act for future consideration. Moved and Seconded. - Deployed Parents Custody Act – Commissioner Marty Carr to provide more information to Commissioner Senator Thomas Umberg. Commissioner Marty Carr to work with the ULC staff to put together synopsis for Commissioner Senator Thomas Umberg. The Commission is interested for introduction in the 2024 legislative session. The Commission authorized Commissioner Marty Carr to find an author for this act. Moved and Seconded. The vote was unanimous with Commissioner Senator Thomas Umberg abstaining.
- Discussion of travel-ban repeal – Commissioner Jenkins provided an update on the repeal of the state-wide travel ban. SB 447 (2023) repealed the prohibition and the conflict for commissioners is no longer applicable.
- Election of Chair, Vice Chair - Commissioner Marty Carr will be Chair and Commissioner Nanci Nishimura will be Vice Chair. Moved and Seconded. The vote was unanimous
